  1. Cancellation Window
    • Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days from the date and time your order is placed.
    • Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, Jamaica Standard Time (UTC -5), excluding public holidays in Jamaica.
    • If your cancellation request is received after the 3 business day period, the order will be considered final and non-refundable.
  2. How to Request a Cancellation
    • To cancel your order, if you created an account use the My Account link or send us a message or call JM: 876-885-5439 | US: 786-508-0031 during our regular business hours.
    • Include your order number and name in your cancellation request.
    • Cancellations are confirmed once you receive written acknowledgement from Island Vibes Bags.
  3. Refunds
    • If your order is cancelled within the 3 business day period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
    • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  4. Non-Refundable Orders
    • Orders cancelled after the 3 business day window.
    • Orders that have already entered the preparation or delivery process.

    • Island Vibes Bags reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
